Fixed Fee Services

There are many legal situations where help with the legal formalities is required. We have set a range of fixed fees to address the most commonly requested services, so that clients know upfront what they will pay for these services. Not all matters will be suitable for a fixed fee arrangement but where they are, then we have offered a range of fixed fee prices which you can find out more about here.

Binding Financial Agreements – Fixed Price

1. Drafting BFA – *from $4,850 + GST and disbursements (plus Counsel fees to settle where it is deemed necessary, will be advised at the time of consult);

2. Advice on the Agreement if drafted elsewhere – *from $1,850 + GST

*Quote is for simple matters. If your matter is complex, the fixed fee quote will be advised by lawyer.

Binding Child Support Agreements – Fixed Price

1. Drafting – $1,950 + GST

2. Advice on the Agreement – $1,150 + GST

Limited Child Support Agreement

1. Drafting – $1,250 + GST

Form 11 Application for Consent Orders – only for Agreements which do not require negotiation of the terms

1. *from $2,500 + GST + filing fee and disbursements

2. If any negotiation required – cost to be advised by lawyer

Form 3 Application for Divorce – does not include where parties have lived under one roof post-separation

1. Joint application – $700 + GST + filing fee

2. Sole application, no kids – $1,000 + GST + service + filing fee

3. Sole application, kids – $1,200 + GST + service + filing fee

4. Joint or sole application where there is separation under one roof – $2,800 + GST + service + filing fee

5. Application for substituted service – $850 + GST + filing fee if applicable

We may offer fixed fees on a range of other services, including day rates for attendance at trial and mediation.
