We take account of the child’s best interest first and foremost, and strive to achieve the best possible outcome for the family. We aim to achieve agreements between parents and other parties without the need for Court proceedings whenever possible.

We also help parties navigate through effective child support arrangements. Child support is financial support for children of a marriage or de facto relationship. In the midst of a separation, the Child Support Agency is administered by the Department of Human Services, and you can apply directly to them for an assessment of child support payable by your former partner. In some circumstances, parties wish to have their own private arrangements. We can assist you in negotiating and documenting these arrangements.
