Leah Kronberger

My practice has been exclusively in Family Law since beginning my career as a paralegal in 2008, and since my admission as a solicitor in 2013. While I am exceptionally settlement focused and approach all matters with the view of reaching a negotiated agreement, I have extensive litigation experience.

I have experience in complex financial and child related proceedings, including trusts and corporate structures, spousal maintenance, relocation and recovery, and allegations of child abuse and domestic violence. I have acted as junior counsel in large complex financial matters under the direction of Senior Counsel and Queens Counsel.

I have acted as a domestic violence duty solicitor for a busy metropolitan court and understand the complexities involved in managing matters of this nature.

I take a very pragmatic approach to my matters as well as in how I advise my clients. I believe it is always best to give legal advice that is straight to the point which assists my client to understand the law, the outcome they are most likely to achieve, and the quickest and most cost effective way of achieving that outcome.

I am dedicated to my pro bono work. I am a volunteer at the Gosnells Community Legal Centre, a government agency providing free legal assistance to disadvantaged members of the community.
